CustomSoundAlerts v4.6.6.zip
What's new
Fixes
- Fixed false and duplicate "cooldown/charge ready" alerts that could occur right after a loading screen/zone-in.
- Fixed multi-charge abilities (e.g. Guardian of Ancient Kings) announcing 2-3 times in a row when a charge completed. Post-announce frame rebuilding now only happens when another charge is genuinely recharging; zero-span duration objects returned at full charges no longer re-arm the cooldown frame and self-trigger duplicate alerts.
- Charge-ready detection now requires two signals to agree (current charges = max AND no active recharge duration), preventing premature alerts from stale/zero-span duration objects while the client resyncs.
- Post-load calibration now builds cooldown frames from the spell's real-time state instead of the pre-load record; fully charged/ready spells no longer get leftover frames that announce on their own.
- Fixed the pre-load snapshot being cleared after the first calibration pass, which made later passes treat every spell as a fresh login and build erroneous frames.
- On frame completion the addon re-verifies spell state; if a spell is still actually cooling down or charging, it rebuilds the frame and waits for the real completion instead of announcing early.
- Fixed a Lua error ("attempt to call a nil value") caused by a function declaration-order issue in cooldown handling.
- During combat, protected ("secret") API values safely fall back to previous behavior, so no legitimate alerts are missed.
