Guild Recruitment and Management

For Guild Leaders 

1) Open GM Controls

Use GM controls to configure what your guild sees and how tabs behave.

You can manage:

• Tab visibility (enable/disable major sections for guild users)
• Raid Team tabs (name, enable, leader, minimum level)
• Raid Team size model
  • presets: 5 / 10 / 25
  • custom: Tanks / Healers / DPS slot counts

2) Guild Health

Guild Health helps leadership evaluate roster condition quickly:

• Activity window filtering (recent vs inactive)
• Level distribution and max-level presence
• Class balance (with level-range breakdown options)
• Profession coverage and maxed profession visibility
• Inactive list workflow for follow-up/removal planning

3) Promotions + Mains/Alts

Use built-in tools to:

• track mains/alts cleanly
• assist promotion timing/eligibility processes
• reduce manual bookkeeping

4) Recruitment

Use recruitment utilities for candidate tracking and communication history to keep outreach organized.
