• Declare 12.1.0 alongside 12.0.7 in every toc
  Retail moved to 12.1.0, so the packager was tagging CurseForge uploads as a
  12.0.7 release and the client flagged the addon out of date. Dual-tagging keeps
  12.0.7 clients supported while CurseForge lists the file for the live patch.
• Name the expansion cutoff in the generated release notes
  The notes are manifest-driven and described the gate as this-season-only, which
  stopped being true once the backend added the expansion arm. Older manifests
  have no expansionCutoff key, so the sentence is conditional.
• Document the expansion arm of the database gate
  The backend now also admits characters on an 1800+ peak from an earlier season
  of the same expansion, so the coverage line no longer reads as this-season-only.
