RMP - Raid Markers Panel

Compact raid/party marker panel. Left-click sets the target icon. Right-click toggles the matching world marker (place if missing, clear if present). Includes Ready Check, Pull timer (L=start, R=cancel), minimap button, and simple layout controls.
