Rested Tracker for alts

Description

v3.29 changes how isnext works. No more offset, /rested isnext :help shows help. Adds a description based on what macro added the character to the list.

v3.28 adds a minimap icon. It also adds isnext macros.

/rested isnext :macros for a list (or /isnext :macros). Offset is a value to add to the character's index when adding them to the list. /isnext :farm day is intended to let you break up characters a bit. Using a value of 7 for day will queue the same character each day of the week (unless they get rearanged). This should be how many days to repeat characters.

v3.26 adds a 'isnext' feature. /rested isnext <search> <search>... will now queue your characters for who is next. Use /rested isnext -<search> to remove characters from the list. /rested isnext -. will remove all from the list.

A (?) in the isnext report signifies that Rested is unable to auto set that character.

v3.25 adds birthday and age reports. Since there is no way to ask the game for this data, it is based solely on when that toon was first seen by the addon.

v3.24 addeds some quest details, and a /rested storylines storylineid ... way to add quests.

v3.23 adds a report to track which raid bosses have been defeated this week. You can now /rested ignore <searchterm>. /rested ignore mage will ignore all of your mages for ignore time.

v3.21 adds setting of the default report. "/rested default conc" will now open the "Prof Concentration" report when ever "/rested" is called. Use "/rested default resting" to go back to normal.

Keep track of your alts.  From the rested state of leveling characters to when was the last time a max level character was played, and other stats.

v3.18.1 adds mythic keystone tracking.  "score : keyLevel - keyMap".  Fixes a bug with the guild faction reporting.

v3.17 brings tracking and export of the talent import string.  Also, for those who use the print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(###)) macros from wowhead to see which quests need to be done, you can now do:  /rested quests ###,###,###,….  to track quests on each toon.

v3.16 brings a check box to lock the window. Keeps it from moving, and being resized.

v3.11 brings an ingame export feature. Export your character list as CSV format, to easily import into a spread sheet of your choice.

The reports are now in a simple display window, with a scroll bar, a report chooser, and a filter text box. Use the dropdown to choose a report, use the filter text box to refine based on class, race, level, faction, profession, etc.

The Nag report is automatically displayed, with any max level character not played for 7 days, but less than 10 days.  The window can be set to auto hide with "/rested setnagtimeout #[s|m|h|d|w]".

Minimum can be set with "/rested setnag 7d", and stale cutoff can be set with "/rested setstale 10d".  This will allow the nag report to remind you to play a max level character one week after you last played them, but allow them to become stale, after 10 days.

Temporarly keep a charcter off of the nag report with "/rested nonag <search> #[s|m|h|d|w]". Any matching character will not show in the nag window for that long. That is reset if they are visited first.

The nag report also reports on any leveling character who did not have full rested when last logged out, but also has at least until the end of their current level of rested.

For example, if a leveling character has 15% of their level to go, once they have 15% rested, they will show up in the nag report.

If a leveling character was fully rested when they logged out, they will not be seen in the nag report unless played to get their rested percent under the max.

A new option, "/rested setnagtimeout 1m30s" will allow the nag report to auto close after 1 minute and 30 seconds, if it is automatically opened.

Manually opening the nag report will not trigger the auto close timer.
