Description
RaidListInviter is a lightweight addon that streamlines the process of mass-inviting players to your raid or party — built for raid leaders who organize their groups through Raid-Helper on Discord.
Features
Smart Name Parsing Paste your signup list directly into the addon — it supports multiple input formats:
- Raid-Helper JSON — copy the raw API response from
raid-helper.xyz/api/v2/events/YOUR-IDand paste it directly - Raid-Helper CSV export — downloaded from the event page
- Plain text — one name per line
Players with status Absence, Bench, Tentative or Late are automatically filtered out.
Discord → WoW Name Mapping Discord display names rarely match WoW character names. The built-in mapping system lets you link them permanently. Add a mapping once and it's applied automatically every time that Discord name appears in a list.
Group Sync All players using the addon can share their mapping tables in real time. Adding or removing a mapping broadcasts it to everyone in your party or raid instantly. A manual Sync button sends your full mapping list and requests the mappings of all other group members.
One-Click Inviting Hit Alle einladen and the addon invites every recognized player in the list. It skips your own character automatically and reports how many invites were sent.
Minimap Button
- Left-click — open the invite window
- Right-click — open the mapping window
- Right-click + drag — reposition the button around the minimap
Usage
- Open your Raid-Helper event in the browser (Web View)
- klick on JSON
- Select all (
Ctrl+A), copy (Ctrl+C) - Left-click the minimap button, paste into the text field
- Click Alle einladen
