QuickMarks is a raid-leading and assignment management addon for WoW Classic focused on fast in-raid coordination, cleaner workflows, and persistent raid organization tools.
Originally built around rapid raid-marker assignment and announcement presets, QuickMarks has evolved into a broader raid-lead workspace designed to reduce clutter, improve communication flow, and centralize common raid-leading tasks into a single streamlined toolkit.

The addon is built specifically around real raid-lead usage rather than static setup screens. QuickMarks is currently in active development and undergoing live guild testing. The current focus is improving raid-time usability, roster planning workflows, profile handling, and overall UI polish while keeping the in-raid experience lightweight and efficient.
