MouseOver 1.0

MouseOver hides the default action bars until your cursor is over them. This is great for reducing on-screen clutter.

Note: MouseOver disables the default cooldown shaders because of a bug in the default UI that is supposed to be fixed in the WoW 2.1.0 release. MouseOver will still work with text-based cooldown timers like OmniCooldownCount.

To Do List: - add option to hide some bars but not others - add option to always show bars in combat
