RaidMap

This is the starting phase of an AddOn which is meant to display raid-oriented metadata and tactical information in the WorldMap/BattleGround Map windows.

As of this first release, it has only color-coding based on raid subgroups. This simple, yet highly useful modification allows for a much better tactical sense of the battlefield. Future releases will aim to provide more and better tactical information and interaction in the WorldMap/BattleGround Map windows.

Bear in mind that this is fresh code, so any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.
