Works in conjunction with CT_RaidAssist, and duplicates the function of the Resurrection Monitor.
Will display a small frame that will show who in your raid is casting a Heal Spell, and on which target.
I am building this in hopes the ctmod will include it in a future release.
If that ever happens, I will no longer support this mod.

hide - will hide the Healing Monitor Frame. It does not disable it however. Your casts will still be shown on other players monitors.
show - will show the Healing Monitor Frame. It does not enable it. Your casts, and other players casts are not processed or displayed.
on - will enable the healing monitor.
off - will disable the healing monitor
debug - will toggle debug on/off.
Usage Notes:
For this mod to work properly, other healers in the raid need to have this mod as well. Your WoW client does not normally receive healing notifications from other clients, so I needed to create this.
* I am aware that Healing Assist does something similar. However most people use CTRA and something like this should be base product.
The reason for this mod:
1. People use CTRA, and it only makes sense that this is included in that mod.
2. Healing Assist does alot more, granted. Some people don't need all that glitter, especially non-healers.
ie... The mage just grabbed aggro and a shield is thrown on him. But should he back off and bandage/potion? Or is there a heal coming on him?
This would tell him.
