Adds a window displaying combo points and energy bar for Rogues and Druids (cat form).
Features:
Better display of combo bubbles
Shows an energy bar
Shows current / max energy
Bar is moveable
Only for Rogue or Druid (cat form)
Slash commands:
/ceb show - show bar
/ceb hide - hide bar
/ceb combat - only show bar in combat
*NOTE* Default is to only show the bar when you are in combat, use the slash command /ceb show, to always display the bar.
I found it hard to see the tiny combo bubbles next to the target frame. All kudos to Masso, author of the original Combo Bar. All I have done is made fan requested changes, such as removing the health bars, making it moveable, etc.
