ProcSounds lets you play custom sound effects whenever specific spells trigger a proc glow.
Designed for players who needs an alternative option to the Blizzard buff alert system.
What It Does
ProcSounds listens for Blizzard’s SPELL_ACTIVATION_OVERLAY_GLOW_SHOW event (the glowing proc effect around abilities) and plays a sound of your choice when that spell procs.
What makes this differ from blizzards own buff sound alerts?
You can:
- Add any Spell ID (Add the spell that is going to glow on your action bars)
- Assign a sound from LibSharedMedia (Not only the Blizzard default sound bank)
- Adds a few sound files, aimed not to be the loudest ones in your sound bank.
How To Use

Type
/procsounds -
Enter a Spell ID for the the spell that lights up for the proc you want to track.

Choose a sound from the dropdown

Click Add Spell
Under Configured Spells, you can:
- Toggle the proc sound on/off
- Preview the assigned sound
- Change the assigned sound
- Delete the spell entry
