This fixes the layout issues with QuickAttach cause by the WoW 10.0 release. The QuickAttach feature is now re-enabled. Thanks go to RubioTwitch for the fix.

The 10.0 release removed the MAIL_CLOSED event from the game. This broke the rake money summary feature. This fixes that issue.
