PlusOne - Guild Loot System

Added support for CSV input from Softres.it
Simply click Export CSV on the Softres.it website and only Checkmark "Item Name" and "Raider Name"
Then ingame type "/posoftres" or click the "Softres" button on the minimap menu and paste the CSV into the Softres Window and click Save. This enables that players name to appear to the right of a reserved item.

Loot Window Button Permissions - Only Master Looter/whitelisted players will see "Start Vote" and "Announce Softres" button and the raider's names that have a item that are reserved.

Added a Minimap Menu Button for Softres Window.

Updated Whisper text - from "Update ASAP" to "If you don't update you won't see loot." Version Check.

Replaced - Old art for a divider lanes on Main Window.

Rework how permissions hide ui elements

i.e Loot Window Buttons, RollCheck Window.

Added "+1softres" - When whispering the Master Looter this, it will return a message with what you have Soft Reserved.

Added Scan button to Softres Window - After inputting the CSV, pressing this will whisper any raider that isn't in the Softres List.
