Combat Timing Persistence Fix

• Fixed PMH Combat Timing options resetting after /reload or relog.

• Combat Timing settings now save correctly across sessions on:

  • Classic Era

  • TBC Classic

  • Midnight

• Fixed persistence for:

  • Swing Timer

  • Show only in combat

  • Remaining seconds

  • Main Hand / 2H

  • Off Hand

  • Crowd Control Tracker

  • CC announcement

  • Swing and CC lock/position settings

• Existing Combat Timing behavior and timing logic remain unchanged.

• PMH Community Chat high-channel handling and ON/OFF option remain unchanged.

• No changes to Hints, Aura Packs, castbars, threat meter, DPS meter, or nameplates.

• General regression and package integrity checks completed.
