Description
PingAlerter allows you to see the pings of other people in chat.
Be able to see specifically who pings.
"Global" cooldown of chat message by 1 second.
Cooldown per person who pings by 10 seconds.
- This is to make u not get spammed

/pa to ts - Toggle display of timestamp
/pa to sec - Toggle display of seconds in Timestamp
/pa to self - Toggle your own pings
/pa color [red, pink, blue, purple, orange, green gold, default] - Change chat colors
/pa hex ff00ff - Change chat color, by using a custom HEX code
