Adds /prdhealth show and /prdhealth hide commands

/PRDPOWER HIDE/SHOW (hide mana bar forever on that specific profile EXAMPLE)

/pht hide /pht show for health text to hide permenat 

/pptpower hide/show to not show mana text

The only custom thing i have added is holy power squares for paladins and same one for essence evoker 

i dont wanna make custom for all classes since there is alot of addon doing this already this is just so your persona resourcedisplay if you wanted enabled will be able to be customized since blizzard dosent let you change size and placement of each element so i have added that for you.
