Paladin Holy Power (formerly “Wasted Holy Power Tracker”)
Lightweight • Customizable • Modern UI
Paladin Holy Power is a compact addon that tracks your Holy Power across fights and gives clear feedback on Generated, Spent, and Wasted Holy Power. It includes a sleek 5-pip bar (with multiple styles) and a scrolling HP Log window with per-fight breakdowns. At the end of combat, it prints a clickable summary in chat—open the log with one click.

What it tracks
- Generated Holy Power (including waste when capped)
- Spent Holy Power (tags “free” casts like Divine Purpose / Empyrean Power)
- Wasted Holy Power (anything you would have gained at 5/5)
Commands
- /php — open the Settings panel
- /php log — open/close the HP Log window
(You’ll also get a clickable [Log] link in chat after combat ends.)
Customization (in-game)
- Style: Default, Custom Icons, or Custom Bar
- Textures & fonts: SharedMedia / LibSharedMedia support
- Size / spacing / zoom / alpha for the bar and icons
- Colors: fill & empty
- Position: drag via edit handle
- Toggles: show-only-in-combat, pulse, minimap button, etc.
Performance
Built to be minimal and reliable:
- Purely event-driven (e.g.,
UNIT_POWER_UPDATE, combat events) - No constant sampling loops
- UI refreshes are throttled and only update while visible

How to use
- Open settings: type /php or Left-click the minimap icon.
- Open the log: type /php log or Right-click the minimap icon.
- Choose your style, tweak size/spacing/colors, and you’re done.
- After combat, check chat for a summary and click [Log] to review.
Compatibility
- Retail WoW (Dragonflight / The War Within era)
- No known conflicts; safe to reload or rename the addon folder.
