Outlaw PvP: Ranked World PvP Leaderboard

0.3.87: If an Outlaw player who runs the companion app was online when you were, you get one short note (once) that their app sends your name to outlawpvp.com as Unverified, and how to get ranked. From October 10 the login line says the Beta Season is live. 0.3.86: the planned Bounty Hunter playstyle is now Threat Hunter. 0.3.85: Outlaw players are passed along between addons more carefully (fewer messages, limits against spam).
