The OakUI Installer has been completely rebuilt from the ground up to focus exclusively on the ultimate Quazii UI (QUI) setup. Legacy frameworks have been stripped away to provide a hyper-focused, lightweight, and perfectly tuned 1-click installation experience for 1440p displays.

Whether you are pushing high Mythic+ keys, raiding, or leveling, this suite injects pixel-perfect profiles into the best addons in the game, dynamically adapting to your class, spec, and role.

  • QUI Native Frames: We have officially transitioned to utilizing QUI's incredibly powerful built-in Party and Raid frames! No extra addons needed for healing or group tracking. (Note: Danders Frames is still available in the installer under the "Deprecated" menu for legacy users).
  • Dynamic Role Selection: Featuring dedicated Healer and Tank/DPS profiles! The installer will dynamically prompt you to choose your role, instantly adjusting the QUI framework to optimize your group layout.
  • Global Custom Fonts: The suite now includes a bundled Fonts folder and a dedicated Custom Fonts tab in the UI that walks you through a foolproof, 60-second method to completely transform every piece of text in your game—including 3D player names!
  • Deep QUI Integration: Control QUI's native visibility settings right from the OakUI menu. Easily toggle "Always Show CDM," "Always Show Unitframes," and "Disable Action Bar Fading" without digging through complex addon settings.
  • The OakUI Chat Engine: A robust, native chat filtering system built directly into the installer.
    • Auto-Layout: Instantly size and stack your General and Loot chat windows perfectly with one click.
    • Smart Filtering: Cleans up chat spam by simplifying Loot, XP, Reputation, Quests, and Achievement broadcasts. Inspired by Chat Cleaner by GoldpawForever.
    • Loot Parser: A bulletproof custom parser that works seamlessly with QUI's custom chat injections to show exactly who looted what, cleanly and colorfully.
  • Bulletproof Installer & Fallbacks: The suite automatically detects missing or disabled addons, provides instant download links, and can now Force Enable disabled addons with one click. If an auto-install ever fails, use the new Raw Imports tab to manually copy your strings!

🛠️ Installation Guide

We have made the installation process as foolproof as possible.

  1. Install Dependencies: Download and enable OakUI along with the required addons listed above.
  2. Open the Installer: Log into your character and type /oakui or /oak in the chat to open the Profile Manager.
  3. Apply Edit Mode FIRST (Crucial): Click the Copy Layout button next to Blizzard Edit Mode. Open your WoW Edit Mode (Esc -> Edit Mode), click the Layout dropdown, select Import, and paste the code. Save it!
  4. Install All Profiles: Click the large Install All Profiles button at the bottom of the OakUI window.
  5. Choose Your Role: Enter a profile name (e.g., OakUI-Tank/DPS) and select whether you want the Healer or Tank/DPS layout. Click Install.
  6. Apply Global Fonts: Click the new Custom Fonts tab in the OakUI menu and follow the 4 simple steps to copy the bundled Fonts folder into your WoW directory.
  7. Reload UI: Click the prompt to reload your UI, and you are ready to play!
