Do you use Snipping Tool, ShareX, or Greenshot? Then you know the struggle: You try to take a quick snippet, but WoW also takes a screenshot, freezes for a second, and spams "Screen Captured" across the middle of your screen.

No Screenshot Spam (NSS) solves this by managing how World of Warcraft handles the PrintScreen key.

🚀 Key Features (v3.0+)

The addon now features a smart 3-Mode System:

• 🟢 BLOCK Mode (Default for Snipping Tool)

  • Function: Completely unbinds the PrintScreen key in WoW.

  • Result: WoW ignores the key. Windows (or your external tool) gets full priority. No lag, no double files.

• 🟡 SILENT Mode (Clean WoW Screenshots)

  • Function: Allows WoW to take a screenshot, but erases the "Screen Captured" text.

  • Result: You get the screenshot in your WoW folder, but your screen stays clean. Perfect for taking multiple shots in a row without UI spam.

• 🔴 OFF Mode

  • Function: Restores standard behavior (Screenshot + Text).

⌨️ Commands & Macros

You can toggle modes via chat or use specific commands in your macros:

• /nss - Toggles through modes (Block -> Silent -> Off).

• /nssblock - Forces Block Mode immediately.

• /nsssilent - Forces Silent Mode immediately.

• /nssoff - Forces Off (Standard).

Note: The addon remembers your last setting and automatically applies it when you log in or reload the UI.

No Screenshot Spam (NSS) löst dieses Problem mit einem intelligenten 3-Modus-System:

• 🟢 BLOCK Modus (Ideal für Snipping Tool)

  • Funktion: Die Druck-Taste wird in WoW komplett deaktiviert.

  • Ergebnis: WoW ignoriert die Taste. Dein Windows-Tool hat Vorrang. Keine doppelten Bilder, kein Ruckeln.

• 🟡 SILENT Modus (Saubere Screenshots)

  • Funktion: WoW macht einen Screenshot, aber der Text "Bildschirmfoto aufgenommen" wird technisch entfernt.

  • Ergebnis: Das Bild landet im Ordner, aber dein Bildschirm bleibt sauber. Perfekt für Content Creator oder Bilderserien.

• 🔴 OFF Modus

  • Funktion: Alles wieder auf Standard (Screenshot + Text).

⌨️ Befehle & Makros

Du kannst die Modi umschalten oder gezielt in Makros einbauen:

• /nss - Schaltet durch die Modi (Block -> Silent -> Aus).

• /nssblock - Aktiviert sofort den Block Modus.

• /nsssilent - Aktiviert sofort den Silent Modus (Screenshot ohne Text).

• /nssoff - Schaltet das Addon effektiv aus.

Hinweis: Das Addon merkt sich deine letzte Einstellung und wendet sie beim Einloggen oder Reload automatisch wieder an.
