Adds an Animated arrow above nameplates of rares and custom added npcs to help spot them faster.
Slash Commands: /nph /nameplatehighlight
/nph add (NPCID) if the NPCID is omitted your current target will be added
/nph rem (NPCID) if the NPCID is omitted your current target will be removed
/nph wipe to remove all added ids.
