My Action Tracker is a lightweight and customizable WoW 12.x addon that tracks your most recent player actions and displays them as a horizontal row of icons. Each icon shows:

Live cooldown overlay (using Blizzard’s standard cooldown frames)

Numeric cooldown timers directly on the icon for easy tracking
Icons fade out after a configurable duration, helping you focus on your most recent abilities.
