Move My Bags

- Bags that turn greyed out and ignore clicks. Blizzard rebuilds a bag window's item buttons each time it opens the window, and a new button can end up drawn underneath its own window: greyed out by the window's background, with every click landing on the window instead. It happens with no addons loaded, but the addon's layering kept the windows high enough to make it common. Each bag window's items are now put back just above the window whenever the bags open or a window is brought forward, in combat too.
