Money Skim

This allows you to skim of the money of your alts, I myself like to keep 1000G on my alts. 

Parameters:

1: Recipient

2: Amount of gold to keep

Usage:

/ms <recipient> <amount>

/ms <Recipient> <Amount of gold to keep>

Example:

Lets say I have 12523G 63S 50C

/ms Eury-Doomhammer 1000

It would mail 11523G 63S 20C to Eury-Doomhammer
