Misdirection

This addon generates a Misdirection macro (for Hunters) or Tricks of the Trade macro (for Rogues). The macro is named "placeholder" and is created in the character-specific macros interface. When used, the macro automatically sets the tank in the party as the target for Misdirection or Tricks of the Trade. If the Hunter  is not in a party or raid, the macro instead selects the Hunter's pet as the target for Misdirection.

This addon eliminates the hassle of Hunters or Rogues having to manually set the tank as their current target or focus before casting the skill. This is particularly beneficial in time-critical Mythic+ dungeons, allowing Hunters or Rogues to start dealing damage a few seconds earlier.
