MiliUI Burst Potion Helper

A World of Warcraft addon that lets you switch your burst combat potion (and its quality) from a tiny bar, then drink it with a single macro. Switching works in combat without taint or secret-value errors.

Fixes
- Some players saw 1-pixel borders and divider lines vanish, or render 2 pixels thick, depending on their UI scale and resolution. They now draw at a consistent 1 pixel.
