TRACKING ENEMY, PLAYER's DR in arena,worldpvp

Basic – In World PvP, it generates timers specifically for spells cast by player.

Arena – In 2v2, 3v3, and Solo Shuffle, it mirrors the Blizzard UI's trinket and DR timers and displays on their nameplates, target/focus frame, and player dr on party frame
No more Party drs. thx blizzard

Battlegrounds – No drs for bgs anymore cuz blizzard messed up this module
