Midnight Mining and Herbing Counts Panel Updates while gathering for easy on-screen tracking

Simple lightweight addon that shows a small panel while gathering.
Now supports mining and/or herbalism on a single toon, one panel.
It allows you to see your midnight ore and herb counts in your bags.
Displays in a compactable onscreen dialog, resizable, movable so you can "Watch" while you gather in case your tired of constantly checking your bags to see if you have 'enough' of what your after.
Now updated to properly track both qualities of ore and herbs with breakdown tag on mouse over.
Added tooltip to the ore icons and they are now shift clickable for fast AH checking.
