The Loot Drama addon brings your website based loot drama data into the game, allowing for rapid loot distrubution via a council interface, as well as raid invite tooling, and more to come!

## Fixed
- The Award button now suggests the right winner when nobody is selected: real responses first (skips passes/out/etc.), then most votes from council, then highest ranking response, then highest sim value within each reason category. (Previously was defaulting to highest-sim only regardless of responses.)
