Adds Log and Armory Link to player menus

Simple Logs and Armory Links
Simple Logs and Armory Links will add a button to the right click menu to get a link to the warcraft log and armory for that player. You can then easily copy this into your web browser.
It works with targets, raidframes and names in chat.
This makes it quick and easy to check out other players gear and logs.
This mod has been tested to work on Classic Era, Sod, MoP and Retail. With support for merged realms.
