LagAlarm is a lightweight lag monitor built for WoW Classic Hardcore players. When your ping spikes to a dangerous level, LagAlarm hits you with a full-screen red flash, a loud alarm sound, and a raid-warning style message in the center of your screen — so you always know when your connection is putting your character at risk.
Features:
- 🔴 Full-screen red flash overlay when lag is detected
- 🔔 Alarm sound alert

- Detects both high home latency (your connection) and server-side lag (world vs. home gap)

Settings (open with /lagalarm or /la):
- Ping Alert Threshold — alert when home latency exceeds X ms
- Server Lag Threshold — alert when world/home latency gap exceeds X ms
- Alert Cooldown — minimum seconds between repeated alerts
- Check Interval — how often your latency is sampled
- Toggle screen flash, sound, and combat-only mode individually
- Test Alert button to preview the flash and sound
- Reset Defaults button
