KeyChangeReminder
This addon is designed to be simple, visible, and customizable. It ensures you never forget to update your keystone after a run, while giving you full control over how noticeable the reminder is on your screen.
When a dungeon ends, it displays the message:
“Change your key!”
The message remains visible until you leave the instance, helping prevent missed key upgrades or accidental reruns with the wrong keystone.
How It Works
At the completion of a Mythic+ run, the addon automatically triggers a visual reminder.
The message stays on your screen throughout the post-dungeon phase. Once you exit the instance, the reminder disappears automatically.
You can fully customize how the message looks and behaves using the settings panel.
Slash Command
/keychange Opens the addon’s settings panel for quick access.
Features & Settings
- Position
- Show Warning / Hide Warning: Toggle the reminder display on or off.
- Drag to Reposition: Allows you to move the message anywhere on your screen.
- Reset Position: Returns the message to its default location.
- Font Size
- Adjustable slider to control how large the reminder text appears.
- Range allows for subtle to highly noticeable text depending on preference.
- Pulse Speed - Controls the animation speed of the text pulse effect. Options range from Fast to Slow, with a medium default.
- Text Color: Choose the color of the reminder text for visibility and personal preference: Red, Orange, Yellow, White, Cyan, Green
- Minimum Key Level Sets the minimum Mythic+ key level required for the reminder to appear. Example:
- Set to 0 → Always show the reminder.
- Set to 10 → Only show for +10 keys and higher.
