Description
A simple and lightweight draggable threat tracker that only shows your threat for a single target.
Threat percentages will change in color the more threat you have on that target.

- /ktm reset - Resets the frame to the center of the screen.
- /ktm title - Toggles the title bar text visibility.
- /ktm lock - Toggles locking of the frame position.
- /ktm alert - Toggles sound alerts at 100% threat gain.
