Description
A simple and lightweight draggable threat tracker that shows up to 5 threat entires for a single target.
Threat percentages will change in color the more threat you have on that target.

- /ktmte reset - Resets the frame to the center of the screen.
- /ktmte bg - Toggles the background visibility.
- /ktmte title - Toggles the title bar background visibility.
- /ktmte lock - Toggles locking of the frame.
- /ktmte alert - Toggles sound alerts at 100% threat gain.
