Why does the bobber need a name tag?
Did you ever notice that the fishing bobber has a tooltip that says "Fishing Bobber"? I mean, we're the ones who threw it out there—we know what it is! I think it's a bit silly to have "Fishing Bobber" hovering over your water every time you check your line, especially when you're trying to focus on that splash.
I wrote FishingBobberHider to hide that nonsense and give us all a cleaner, more immersive view of the beautiful waters of Azeroth (and Pandaria!).
What does it do?
It does one thing and it does it well: it makes that redundant tooltip disappear. No more "Fishing Bobber" text stuck to your cursor while you're waiting for a bite. Just you, your rod, and the fish.

Lightweight & "Invisible"
I’m a big fan of performance. This addon is incredibly tiny. It loads up when you log in, sets the "hider" in place, and then goes to sleep. It won't slow down your game or clutter your screen with menus. Just install it and forget it!
