Heal's CD Pop

Heal's CD acPop is a lightweight WoW addon that learns cooldowns out of combat, then uses memorized timers in combat to pop icons when abilities are ready. Includes a GUI, Spell Manager, class/spec support, adjustable popups, and beta testing tools.
