Description
HealerSlayer is a lightweight PvP addon designed to quickly highlight enemy healers in battlegrounds, arenas, and world PvP. It gives you instant visual recognition of priority targets without clutter or raid marker conflicts.
Features
Automatic Healer Detection
Detects healers based on their effective healing output (not just auras or off-heals). By default, once a unit’s healing in combat totals at least 100% of your own max health in a short window, they are flagged as a true healer.
Visual Cross Marker
Places a distinctive cross marker on detected healers. (This is personal-only and does not consume raid markers or affect party/raid assignments.)
Strict Filtering
Only counts actual healer classes and spells (Priest, Paladin, Druid, Shaman, Monk). Ignores self-heals, overhealing, and one-off off-heals so DPS won’t get falsely tagged.
Customizable
- Adjust detection strictness (heal window duration, % of HP threshold).
- Toggle healer marking on/off via slash commands.
- Works alongside other addons without interfering with your UI.

Notes
- Only you see the crosses; this does not raid-mark or broadcast to others.
- Designed for Mists of Pandaria Classic and Retail but also works in other PvP settings.
- Lightweight, efficient, and tested to avoid FPS or combat log lag.
