What's new
0.24.8 - Raid ready check
New
- H3z0 UI Raid Frames show the ready check on every player's box: a tick (ready), a cross (not ready) or a waiting mark in the middle of the tile, above the health bar and name. The icon size follows the tile height.
- When the check ends, anyone who never answered shows as not ready; the results stay up for 4 seconds and then fade out.
- Chat: three H3z0 side buttons in a small column on the right side of the main chat window - Friends (with the number of friends online, opens your friends list), Voice / Channels (opens the channels and voice chat window) and Chat Menu (say, party, emotes, languages and more). Just the icons, no background - they turn mint on hover and fade with the chat when Hide Chat When Idle is on. Shown while Hide Chat Buttons is on; switch them off with Chat > H3z0 Side Buttons.
Fixed
- Raid: ready check icons were not on the raid frame boxes. The raid frames had no ready check display of their own, so in a raid the icons were missing or showed out of place.
- Tracked bars (Cooldown Manager buff bars): two bars could sit on top of each other, and bars kept switching between Blizzard's look and the H3z0 UI look.
- Bars with the same place in Blizzard's list swapped places on every check, so they jumped around and were skinned again and again. They now keep a fixed order.
- One error in the bar layout switched it off until the next reload, so every new bar kept Blizzard's look and position and lay on top of the others. The layout now carries on after an error. Buff icons got the same protection.
- When Blizzard puts its own texture or colour back (buff refreshed, bar reused for another spell), the H3z0 UI texture and colour go back on straight away instead of up to a second later. Size and background are checked 10 times a second.
- The real cause of the overlap in combat: Blizzard's tracked bars can give back hidden (secret) values for their size, position and shown state while you fight. The bar layout compared those values, which is an error, so it stopped half way and every bar after that one kept Blizzard's look and position on top of the others. Every value is now checked first, and each bar is placed and skinned on its own, so one bar can never stop the rest.
- Blizzard puts its own bar width back when a bar is reused for another buff; the H3z0 UI width now goes back on together with the position.
- New command /h3z0bars: lists every tracked bar with its place, size and whether H3z0 UI skinned it, plus the last layout error. Handy if a bar still looks wrong.
