GuildWorkshop

GuildWorkshop is a lightweight guild crafting directory for WoW Classic (Anniversary / TBC). Open your profession windows and the addon automatically detects every recipe you can craft — then silently syncs that data with guild members running GuildWorkshop in the background.

What it does

  • Auto-scan: Open any profession window and your recipes are detected instantly. No manual setup. Includes recipes not listed in the addon’s bundled data — if you can make it in-game, GuildWorkshop can track and share it.
  • Guild-wide directory: Browse all professions in your guild from a single window. See who can craft what, even if they're offline.
  • Smart sync: Recipe data spreads automatically between online members. If you have 10 people's data cached and a new member logs in, they get the full list from you — no need for everyone to be online at the same time.
  • Profession specializations: Crafters' masteries are shown next to their name (e.g. [Transmute Master], [Goblin Engineer], [Shadoweave Tailoring]). Hover for a description of what the specialization does.
  • Skill levels: Crafter tooltips show profession skill (current / max) when synced.
  • Online awareness: Online crafters appear in green at the top of the list — click to whisper. Offline crafters show in grey with a "last seen" timestamp.
  • LF Crafter: One click posts a spell-linked request to guild chat for the selected recipe.
  • Favorites & filters: Star recipes you look up often; filter to favorites only or recipes your guild can actually craft.
  • View guild (Settings): If you've been in more than one guild on this account, switch which guild's directory you're browsing without logging that character. Scans and sync always use your current guild.
  • Minimap button: Left-click to open the browser, right-click for scan status. Drag to reposition.

How to use

  1. Install the addon and make sure it's enabled.
  2. Type /gw to open the browser, or /gw flask to jump straight to a search.
  3. Open your profession windows in-game — scanning is automatic.
  4. That's it. Your guild mates do the same, and the directory builds itself.

Requirements: You must be in a guild. Other members need GuildWorkshop installed for live sync; once data is cached, offline crafters stay visible.
