Adds a column in the LootCouncil Frame to see if an Item is in the BIS List of the Player.

GuildBis - RC LootCouncil Integration
This is a small Extra Addon for GuildBis - BiS List Manager and RCLootCouncil - by evil_morfar.
Voting Frame — BiS column with small star per candidate:
- 🟢 Green = on their BiS list, not yet obtained
- 🔵 Blue = already obtained
- 🔴 Red = not on their list
It allows the Loot Council to see directly in the Voting Frame if an Item is on the Players BIS List and if its already acquired or not.
Loot Frame — large star overlaid on the item icon (bottom-right corner), showing your own BiS status for the item dropping.
It allows Players to see in the Loot Frame directly if an Item is on their List and if they already obtained it.
There is no Setup or Configuration needed.
