Version 0.2.24 - 2026-08-07 Remove the old 0.2.0 welcome popup

• Removes the legacy 0.2.0 release-welcome popup, its event and timer triggers, and its runtime initialization path so it can never appear again.
• Keeps the separate one-time local profession-refresh reminder, Board and completion notifications, Sync behavior, and existing SavedVariables intact.
• Preserves compatibility with older stored onboarding fields without reading, resetting, or migrating them.
