Group Manager M+/Raid

Companion addon for WOW M+ Manager: export your raid roster and browse your M+/Raid attendance history in-game with /rgx and /rgw.

Raid Group Export is a companion addon for WOW M+ Manager, a desktop app for managing a guild's Mythic+ and Raid rosters. On its own it doesn't do much — it exists to feed data into the app and to show in-game history the app has saved.

Download app at: https://github.com/SaltySadow/wow-guild-manager-releases

No network calls, no data collection: only local game API and the addon's SavedVariables.

Commands

  • /rgx (alias /rgexport) — reads the current raid (name-realm, role, class, item level, spec, missing enchants/gems) and opens a window with a string to paste into WOW M+ Manager's Raid Builder ("Import from game").
  • /rgw — opens the M+/Raid attendance history saved by WOW M+ Manager, filtered to nights your current character took part in. The toggle at the top switches between M+ and Raid.
  • /rgw sync — immediately rebroadcasts your history to other guild members online with the addon, instead of waiting for next login.

How /rgw gets its data

  1. If you play on the same machine as WOW M+ Manager: the app writes history straight into the addon's SavedVariables on every save — it's already up to date at login, no copy/paste needed.
  2. If you're not on the officer's machine: data arrives via the guild addon channel. Every client with the addon rebroadcasts its own data (in small chunks) at login; whoever receives a more recent version than their own adopts it. This isn't real-time — if you're never online with someone who has fresher data, you stay on the last update you received (or with no data, on first install).

Requirements

  • WOW M+ Manager installed, with its _retail_ folder path configured (Settings → Addon sync).
  • For guild-wide sharing: other players need the addon installed too.
