Crafting Orders
• Added Add to Groceries support for both placing and fulfilling crafting orders.
• Placed orders now import as complete, editable recipes with every required material and selected optional reagents.
• Fulfillment orders show every recipe reagent while clearly marking customer-provided items and excluding them from the shopping total.
• Fixed required order reagents sometimes opening an empty reagent picker or failing to add the target.
