Grimoire

• Added English localization support across Grimoire’s UI, tooltips, menus, chat messages, filters, BiS lists, trinkets, enhancements and Auction House helpers.

• Grimoire now automatically follows the WoW client language:
  - German client: German UI
  - English client: English UI
  - Any other client locale: English fallback

• Added a central locale system to make future translations easier and consistent.

• Added a yellow warning icon to Raid Stat Targets when Mythic parse coverage is too low. Hover it to see that the current targets use heroic end-boss fallback data and may be less accurate.

• Localized dropdown menus, including trinket filters, BiS contexts, data sources, alert sounds and the panel toggle tooltip.
