Grid2Status for auras that are tracked by Blizzard's cooldown manager (CDM)

By default Grid2 only offers tracking of aura groups with the filters that are provided by Blizzard,
This plugin for Grid2 allows you to track auras in Grid2 for which a tracked buff or bar exists in Blizzard's Cooldownmanager - assuming that tracked icon or bar meets certain criteria - namely that it is a targeted spell and the CDM tracks it when cast on others.
It currently works for:
- Lifebloom (Druid, 33763)
- Spatial Paradox (Evoker, 406732)
- Power Infusion (Priest, 10060) though only with the Twins of the Sun Priestess talent
For some auras it works only when cast on yourself (this is because the CDM does not track the buff when cast on others): Water Walking, Tiger's Lust, Innervate, Ironbark, Blessing of Protection, Blessing of Freedom, Levitate
It may also work for a variety of untargeted self-buffs like Barkskin etc.
I have NOT tested any spells specific to non-healing specs. YMMV!
