Goomi Shared WA Sounds

Goomi Shared WA Sounds lets you keep using your old WeakAuras alert sounds in other addons by adding them to LibSharedMedia.

This is a code-only addon and does not include any sound files.

Users must provide their own sound files from an existing WeakAuras installation.

Setup 

1. Create a Sounds folder inside the GoomiSharedWASounds addon directory.

2. Copy any .ogg sound files from your existing WeakAuras install into that folder.

3. Reload the game.

The sounds will then appear in LibSharedMedia-compatible sound dropdowns.

Where to Find WeakAuras Sounds

WeakAuras stored sounds in two locations, depending on version:

• WeakAuras/Media/Sounds
• WeakAuras/PowerAurasMedia/Sounds (legacy PowerAuras sounds)

Copy any sounds you want to reuse into the GoomiSharedWASounds sounds folder.

Notes

• No sound files are included
• Only registers files that already exist locally
• Requires LibSharedMedia-3.0 (optional dependency)
• Designed for Retail WoW
