Tracks your real GCD efficiency in combat: possible vs actual GCDs, wasted time (micro/AFK), queue-window usage, late presses, and cast-fail causes. Shows whether you need faster inputs, better settings, or the server is trolling.

GCD Optimizer (Midnight)
What it does
GCD Optimizer is a lightweight HUD that tracks how cleanly you press abilities on the GCD and helps you tune SpellQueueWindow (SQW) for your latency.
It shows:
- your current GCD
- your current SQW
- a Recommended SQW
- a simple Verdict (e.g. OK / Press faster / Stop sleeping)
How to use:
Install and /reload (or relog).
The mini HUD appears on screen:
- Time + GCD
- Spell Queue Window
- Recommended SQW
- Verdict
Click > on the mini HUD to open the Details window (full metrics, grouped with scroll).
- Right-click the HUD to open the menu:
- Expand / Collapse
- Set SQW (enter a number in ms; if UI reload is required, the button will say so)
- Start / Stop / Reset
- Hide / Close

Designed for WoW Midnight.
Minimal performance impact: small HUD, simple updates, no heavy UI spam.
