Description
If you have Mining or Herbalism, and you hover over nodes, or ores/plants this little addon will show the required skill level, colours the name according to the level up rules, and shows your current relevant skill level.
Shows required skill level on mobs that can be skinned/ gathered(herbalism)/ mined.
The localization should be mostly complete.

added a small slash command to toggle mob tooltips:
/gtt toggle <skill> -- toggles individual skill display on mobs (such as skinning, mining, etc.)
/gtt enable -- enables all mob displays
/gtt disable -- disables all mob displays
