• Keep ordinary grouping separate from explicit guild activity tracking: idle managers do not automatically process roster or ledger requests, collect activity trades, or update guild boss kill counters. Starting an activity sends its initial DKP snapshot.
• Restrict crown notification bars to the manager's active raid activity, deduplicate ordinary roster changes, and stop old tracking on group departure, group join, or a fresh login. UI reloads preserve the current activity.
• Show team authority notices only inside raid instances; suppress them in delves, dungeons, outdoor areas and PvP, and hide them on leaving a raid instance.
• Connect team authority, activity, DKP and trade notification bars to the selected UI theme; preserve semantic accents without overwriting themed backgrounds and borders.
• Unified manager and member roles in one addon.
• Includes DKP auctions, shared command text, local encounter records, UI fixes and communication recovery checks.
• New activity sessions use gathering-time presence to determine on-time eligibility. Starting late requires manual review instead of automatic on-time credit.
• Manual attendance supplements remain protected against duplicate rewards.
• Recover queued DKP updates after chat messaging restrictions end, including when the manager never entered combat; retry valid messages at a low frequency without bypassing restrictions.
• Public distribution excludes private guild guide data and uses the public FY branding.

Offline checks and simulations have passed. This is not a stable-release or live multiplayer certification. Compatibility checks target Chinese Retail 12.1 only.

会长与团员合并为一个插件；修复界面、通讯恢复和准时分判定。新活动按集合时点在场记录准时资格，晚启动由会长核实后补发，保留手动补发防重复保护。公开包不含公会资料库，使用备用 FY 标志。

修复会长全程不进战斗时，聊天限制解除后旧 DKP 队列未自动恢复的问题；遵守聊天限制，恢复前再次核对权限和报价时效，不强行补发过期报价。

本包为开发测试候选，离线检查不等于多人真机验收。
